coaching - orangesCoaching closes the gap between what you know (from attending a zillion conferences, workshops, trainings and seminars) and how you lead. LEAD coaching begins with the awareness that God is already working in your life, has called you to serve and gifted you for leadership. Beginning with your strengths, our trained coaches accompany you in setting your own goals. LEAD offers a variety of tools for personal assessment as well as our own LEAD Congregational Assessment and our best thinking around leading out of The Disciple Fame (loving God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength).

LEAD encourages four vital behaviors that grow out of our research and consistently produce transformation both in the leader and the congregation. We have discovered that while there are many ways we can use our time and resources, there are a few behaviors that are primary growth indicators – things you can do that will produce fruit. The LEAD Growth Indicators are a call to Listen, Center, Explore and Connect. You can learn more about these in the book, The Sacred Valley or in our 10 Minute Toolbox Series: Christian Leadership, a Way of Life.

We believe coaching is the most effective use of your continuing ed dollars because:
1. The learning happens in the context of your own ministry.
2. Our coaching team has a wide variety of gifts that are available to you in real time, just when you need them.
3. You set the goals.

Check out LEAD’s coaching deliverables for both individuals and congregations. Each plan is different as it is customized to meet your specific goals or those of your congregation.

Our deliverables are clear and customized for you and your congregation.
