What Can I Expect?

You will be part of a cohort of leaders participating in two Saturday learning Events per semester. You will learn together, share challenges and discern God’s call for your congregation and ministry.

Pastors Orientation:

Aug 12, 2020 – RSVP for either 10 am or 6 pm CST

National Learning Events:
Sept 26 & Nov 14, 2020
9 am-2 pm CST

Your Congregation’s Commitment:

  • Pastor and LEAD Team members register for online learning
  • Pastor and team will participate in two Saturday Learning Events for the fall season
  • Access to WiFi and a device for Zoom
  • Willingness to do your best work
  • Quarterly payments of $375 due:
    • With registration
    • Oct. 15, 2020
    • Feb. 5, 2021
    • Apr. 5, 2021
  • 60-minute coaching sessions for pastor and facilitator (one per month, 5 total per semester) are available for an additional fee. Coaching is optional, but highly recommended.
