Wake Up: An invitation to center presents a 10-step process to more fully align our own lives and our congregation’s life with God’s mission. It is an effort to catch up to some of what the Holy Spirit is doing in our changing world and to shape our missional identity. Spiritual practices help to wake up our souls and reveal our identity.

The Wake Up guide includes:

  • step by step timeline for the Wake Up Process
  • detailed explanations for each of the ten steps
  • training activities
  • Bible studies
  • guided exercises for identifying Purpose and Core Values
  • and more

When the Wake Up process is done well, congregations will discover their purpose and core values (beliefs, convictions, practices) and begin moving toward alignment around God’s mission in new ways.

LEAD offers resources, training, and coaching to help congregations successfully move through the process. You can learn more here.
