Tune In: An invitation to listen presents a 10-step process for discerning God moving through scripture and prayer, through the congregation, and through the neighborhood. Careful listening and reflection in these three spaces creates a movement from inward to outward as leaders expand their view of God.

The Tune In guide includes:

  • step by step timeline for the Tune In Process
  • detailed explanations for each of the ten steps
  • training activities
  • Bible studies
  • questions for listening and reflection
  • and more

When done well, the Tune In Process will produce an openness to meeting new partners, to gaining new understanding, and a willingness to join others in innovating with the Holy Spirit that results in new ministry ideas.

LEAD offers resources, training, and coaching to help congregations successfully move through the process. You can learn more here.
