Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast Synod

The Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), a network of 112 Lutheran congregations, gave birth to LEAD in 2012 as a result of their strategic visioning process. By sharing both people and resources with LEAD, the Gulf Coast Synod is helping LEAD to grow leaders in the world.

Ryan Anderson serves as videographer and editor of the LEAD 10 Minute Toolboxes. Ryan is passionate about sharing people’s stories, and provides videography for churches and organizations across the state of Texas through Paper Ketchup Productions.

Taylor Goodell Benedum—Graphic Designer

Taylor is a creative and color-loving graphic designer with 9 years of experience in both corporate and non-profit backgrounds. She creates user-friendly and effective design materials for LEAD, including the LEAD logo branding. Taylor is a graduate of Boston College; B.A. Communication and Boston University (CDIA); Graphic Design Certificate.

Vonda Drees—Spiritual Artist

Vonda Drees and her husband Jim are Executive Directors of the Grunewald Guild, a sanctuary for the exploration of art, faith, and the mystery of creation in Plain, WA. Timothy Siburg is the Director for Stewardship for the Nebraska Synod of the ELCA. Timothy is an Associate in Ministry who has coached and worked with congregations, nonprofits, pastors, start-ups, and synods across the United States.
